Complete Planning & Design
Our Complete Planning & Design service offers you complete planning, styling and management of your wedding day - from the early stages of finding your perfect venue and organising all of your suppliers, through to the management of your wedding day.
We will guide you through your wedding planning, initiating the tasks at each step of the way. With our wedding planning processes in place, we will keep you completely informed. You can trust us to be well organised, offering inspiration, reassurance, practical help and expert advice.
Wedding planning & coordination
- Sourcing and booking all the suppliers you require to achieve your dream wedding day - including wedding venue, catering, photography and video, music, celebrant, hair and makeup, and any other wedding professional required
- Supplier management and coordination, from sourcing to wedding day
- 2 venue visits during planning
- Up to 10 hours’ attendance on your wedding day
- Bi-monthly Zoom or in-person meetings, for a maximum of 12 months prior to your wedding day
- Attendance of supplier meetings on your behalf
- Budget construction, implementation and management
- Access to a personalised project management app
- Full wedding day coordination and management of suppliers
Wedding styling & design
- Customised wedding design concept and décor consultations
- Up to 1 hour consultation with our designer
- Colour, theme and design plan
- Budget management
- Sourcing of all vendors, props, furniture, décor and more
- Coordination of all design suppliers
- On-the-day styling
All wedding styling and design is unique, so we will offer you a bespoke quote once we have discussed your wedding design ideas.
Investment
10% of your wedding budget, with a minimum fee of €3,950 + VAT
